Support & Feedback
A direct support path matters more than a large help center right now.
FERSCalc is a free tool built for federal employees. If something looks wrong, feels unclear, or behaves unexpectedly, report it.

Questions, bugs, and feedback
For now, the support path is direct email. That matches the current size and stage of the product and keeps feedback close to the people maintaining it.

Bug Reports
What to include when something looks wrong
- What you were trying to do
- What result or behavior looked wrong
- Your filing state and whether the scenario included a spouse or partner
- Browser, device, and a screenshot if you have one
When to report something
If a projection looks numerically wrong for your situation, report it.
If the UI is confusing enough that you are not sure what the result means, report it.
If the product feels incomplete in a way that blocks trust, that feedback is useful too.
Before You Email
Check the assumptions and coverage page first.
If the question is really about what FERSCalc models today, known limitations, or supported state-tax coverage, the documentation page is the fastest answer.
